I'm not as comfortable as you casually assuming she can just be equated with that.

As if that would bother you. I lose track of the cheerleaders, so I could be remembering wrongly, but didn’t you respond to a man sucker-punching another man with “He knocked that fricker out :lol? Was that not you?

We have a few people who get chubbies when they see a black person knock whitey out. I think your response to one of those videos was something like “He knocked that fricker out ”.

Am I wrong?

Of course you're wrong. I was horrified by the white dancing kid who was suckered by that a-hole. I think "suckered" even is too charitable to the perp, as it could imply that there was a known beef, but he started the blows when the other person wasn't looking.

This was literally just total innocence violently taken by surprise. I hope the perp is prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

I didn’t say that was your response to THIS video, I said it was your response to a similar video. I think it was people outside a bar.

But if they happen to get hit by a car if they're stupid enough to protest on the interstate, it should be on the protester, not the driver.

So you think a driver who enters a freeway going up the wrong ramp Because the entrance ramp was closed and then instead of stopping for a road obstacle swerved around it into a crown of people shouldn’t be blamed?

false. He was going the correct way. They are merely alleging he went the wrong way on a ramp to get to the freway. Stop spreading false information you read from reddit.

Actually, just stop posting shite your read on reddit all together.

The first image below is a day-light photo of the accident scene posted by the AP. Based on the direction of the flow of traffic in the image taken the day after the accident, it is obvious that the car was going in the proper direction. Yet multiple news outlets claimed that the car was going the wrong way on a ramp.

Comparing this image of the accident scene with a still image from the video of the impact, it also is obvious that the protesters had been attempting to block a 5-lane limited access highway — not just an exit ramp as was widely reported by many MSM outlets. It seems some here are regurgitating the initial false reports that appeared in the hours immediately following the accident.

The ramp he entered was the Stewart ramp which is about.4 miles farther north.

Just not sure what your confusion is. The police report literally mentions Stewart (which is an off-ramp):

Here's the same Google Map depiction of it I linked last night:

The site of the incident is at the very bottom. The top of the Stewart off-ramp is at the very top.

I don't think I saw a single report that they were attempting to block an exit ramp. You mentioning it here is literally the first it's been mentioned in these threads.

Multiple news outlets initially indicated the driver was going the wrong-way up an exit ramp when the accident occurred. The time-stamp on the following linked story indicates it has been updated but the headline itself still indicates the driver was going the wrong way when the 2 protesters were hit. The image posted above from the scene the next day clearly indicate these news reports were incorrect and the Jaguar was going the right way.

A 24-YEAR-old woman died in the hospital just hours after she was one of two protesters hit by a wrong-way driver early Saturday morning....

Zero of this has anything to do with your claim that the all the reports said that protesters were "only" attempting to block an exit ramp.

According to you (and what I am seeing in the pics upon review), the AP posted the image of the wrong on-ramp. That MAY make things confusing. Just saying.

It most certainly does. The point here is there were several news outlets that reported that the driver was going the wrong way when the accident occurred. As more information has become available, that clearly was not the case.

Likewise, there were several initial reports that indicated the accident itself occurred as a result of the driver driving the wrong way up an exit ramp. It now appears the driver may have accessed the highway by going the wrong way on an exit ramp but the accident itself occurred as the driver was driving in the correct direction on the freeway. Indeed, the direct cause of the accident happened because the driver apparently swerved to avoid parked vehicles blocking the travel lanes.

Putting that all aside, the protesters who illegally accessed and illegally blocked the highway are as much to blame for the woman’s death as the driver of the car. As both a legal and moral matter, those protesters should face some degree of culpability for their contribution to the death and serious injury of their fellow protestors.

As I said earlier, blocking multiple lanes on a blind curve while wearing black was exceptionally stupid by the protesters.

Actually for me it didn't matter how it happened, as soon as I heard one of the protesters died my immediate reaction was:

And I will feel that way every time
