Yes and no. I would certainly like to see a video. However, you can clearly see in the lead up to the incident that there are ZERO other moving vehicles on the interstate. This leads to the reasonable conclusion that the cops had blocked off the section they claim to have blocked off.

Hmmm, should have know to look out for human beings on the interstate at night.
