Even if they do pass this, won't Honor Code just veto it? They aren't going to get a veto proof majority.

JBE can’t veto HCR3. If it were to get to Senate floor and pass JBE CANT stop it

I'm not an expert on this aspect, but I imagine since JBE can add the "vaccine" to the Mandatory school list, this act like a check on the Gov if the Leg does not approve.

I had emailed the Senators per your request but have a hard time hoping. Should we go out to the Reps that voted for this to go to the committee as well?
This just eats at me because it just demonstrates how politicians are now. Everyone is out for themselves and not those that voted them in. Done with it.

It's a resolution so it's not required to be presented to the governor for his signature or veto like a bill.
