Have you ever had success changing a liberal's mind?

I am so weary trying to change the thinking of Liberals. Is it time to just give up on them?

I cured my own liberal leanings. There's a former lefty Arkansas fan on here that I take partial credit for. IRL, hell no and I went to one of those liberal bastion schools for 4 years

My BIL is a hopeless lib in a lot of ways, but at times he's very thoughtful and has conceded some key points against his way of thinking. Hes also a late bloomer in the maturity department (he's 5 years older than me) so this is somewhat a new phenomenon for him. He changed once he joined the real world (I.e got a career and a family, and stopped living with his mother).

I also think the fact that his MIL is a world class TDS loon pushes him at least more to the middle. We're talking clinically insane, former drug abuser who preaches death to Trump and his supporters day and night. He's a contrarian at heart. He'd be a solid troll on this board the more I think about it. Might post here for all I know.

I think I swayed 4-6 voters during the 2016 GE. Most were originally Bernie supporters and were going to vote Hilldawg until I convinced them that Hilldawg screwed their baw Bernie.
I also made the case of why Hilldawg should have been in prison rather than running for POTUS.

It really discourages me to feel this way, but I just don't care about them anymore. I am a Christian and it goes against my belief not to care about people and try to help them.

no. no matter how much i present facts or evidence, they don't want to listen. they are completely irrational. they fly into hysterics whenever their practiced answers don't work. all they know how to do at that point is demonize and engage in fear mongering. i wish i was exaggerating.
