Heck, I can go into the grocery for my wife to get milk and forget to get milk.

quote:Hardly.
It certainly disproves Moore's claim that he never met the woman
In fact, Gloria Allred admitted as much when she stated she hadn't asked her "client" if she witnessed Moore signing the thing.
Further, if the ink in the sig does not match ink in the message, the accusation is substantiated as one big lie. Right?
What would disprove the claim is Corfman accurately describing details of the inside of Moore's home. Has she done that? Has she been asked to? If not, that is very odd.

quote:That's what Moore's lawyer said, but the divorce lawyer said it was a motion to dismiss since they didn't go through with the divorce at that time. There was no hearing, and we all know that Moore's secretary stamped his signature on the motion.
He did meet the woman. She came before him in his courtroom. Could you recall ever person you ever came into contact with over the last 40 years?

Hmmm. You can't file a motion to dismiss and still have the divorce go through. You need to get your story straight McRape.

She wouldn't say She saw him sign it. Case closed. She is trying to avoid being sued or jail.

Which is where the forgery came from. Thank you for proving that point you damn idiot.

What I don't get is that you Dems expect Moore to prove a negative.
Clinton was guilty as hell, but you could say the same thing about him. There is no physical evidence that he raped Broadrick. I believe he did because I believe she is more credible. I don't know if Moore assaulted the girl, but IMO Moore's tacit admission that he chased 16-18 year olds while in his early 30s doesn't help his credibility.

Same here. He lied under oath as a sitting potus and the left looked away.

I agree.
He should have resigned when he got caught lying about Lewinsky.
As far as Moore is concerned, no, he shouldn't step down just in the basis of her accusation. Stepping down if it becomes apparent that he's going to lose is a different story.

Handwriting Analysis Can't Exonerate
So assuming Judge Moore DID sign that student's yearbook, what crime did he commit that required exoneration?

Nonetheless, the pertinent issue in 2016 was Hillary's horrid actions targeting Bill's accusers

Ok, Jack McCoy, what was the physical evidence?
