He did meet the woman. She came before him in his courtroom. Could you recall ever person you ever came into contact with over the last 40 years?

Did you see Allred say that she doesn't even know if the accuser witnessed Roy Moore signing her own yearbook? Delicious.

Plausible deniability. Smart on her part but I hope the Moore attorney rakes her arse over the coals with a nuke.

Pen ran out. I mean, can you prove that it didn't?

She also said she didn't see him after the yearbook signing. She should be more likely to remember appearing in his courtroom than him remembering her.

Well if the ink from one dates back to the 70s and the other dates back to last month, it would be a heck of a pickle for Allred.

They actually aren't different colors.

They're both black.

But the dumb asses didn't consider that different inks done at different times would likely have different reflectivity when photos are taken from multiple angles.

Stupid fricks held the shite up in a room full of people with cameras!!!

When it is as blatantly obvious as this one is, it can.

Not when Allred is refusing third party analysis.

I wonder why she wouldn't want to strengthen her client's case? Maybe she forgot to ask her client whether or not she forged the signature too.

So you think a person remembers every name they ever came into contact with over a span of 40 years???

Btw - who was the cafeteria server when you were in 5th grade??? If she accused you of raping her would you respond with “I’ve never met her except that time in 5th grade when she gave me mashed potatoes instead of Mac and cheese?”

DNA or fingerprints on the yearbook may resolve the issue if handwriting can’t.

It could be the Clinton dress if Moore will give his DNA and fingerprints

I'm almost positive that prints wouldn't be there and an argument that it has the potential of DNA contamination could be made.
