You're looking at a very low IQ population, with impulse control problems, hence the high rates of violence, include murder and rape.

Fish and Wildlife should bust them as killing a migratory species is highly illegal. Put it this way, if I did it they would arrest me, confiscate my car, and anything on me when I killed the goose or duck.

Pets shouldn’t be outside unattended, and they your pet won’t be eaten. Obviously, this doesn’t include LGDs who are working dogs. They could kill a Haitian. Add a few to your property, actually. That said, they’d die if they touched my pet:

I think they are probably in towns vs country? But no. If not a working breed outside doing its job, I don’t think pets should run loose. Too much can happen. In some of these rural areas here, dogs have shot on their own property and/or poisoned.
