Trump must be removed with 25th amendment because he is 'not well at all mentally', former White House ethics chief says

17 US intel agencies claimed to have evidence that Trump colluded with the Rushians. An SC investigation that has lasted 2 years has turned up nothing. I would believe Putin before our intel agencies. The same ones that had info that Hussein had WMDs. Maybe Hussien did, but apparently no one was looking when they were shipped to Syria.
Mr. Painter seems like a member of the coup. How many people are part of this coup attempt?

“The president is not well at all mentally. I think he’s an extreme narcissist. He has been denied what he wants, his wall, and he is having a hissy fit,” said Mr Painter.
“He is out of control, and he will not take no for an answer from Congress. And he’s going to do this. He is going to insist on doing it, he is going to tear the country apart. It’s unconstitutional, it’s illegal.
“He is going to do enormous damage to the Republican Party which is going to split right down the middle over this, and we really need to keep in mind that this is because the president is not well.”
Mr Painter, vice-chair of Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, which filed a lawsuit against the declaration hours after its announcement, cited Mr Trump’s belief of Vladimir Putin over US intelligence officials as evidence of his irrationality.
“He is not capable of doing the job. He does need to be removed under the 25th amendment, but he stocked his cabinet with people who are unwilling to do that, and Congress is apparently unwilling to even try to remove him through impeachment,” Mr Painter said.

Too many for Trump to clean house unless and when he wins again.
Trump's largest failing, really through no fault of his own, is that there was no parallel pool of civil servants from which to draw. Even with the best of intentions, there wasn't a group of folks which he could rely upon.

As you provided, at least those involved in the reported 17 agencies. My guess would be that those numbers have been drastically reduced through attrition and concerns of being an accomplice to an illegal and corrupt coup attempt.

Trump has nominated many people for gov't positions, but the dems have stalled on their nominations. They have been slow-walking them.

Using this, the 25th, to remove any President who hasn’t suffered a heart attack or aneurysm or something similar that totally incapacitates him, would be horrific to the nation. It would plunge the US into a civil war - whether it be fought with gun or not - and would irrevocably harm the Republic.
I don’t care who the President is or how fricking “awful” or “crazy” he/she is ... let the voters remove that person, not the Washington elite.
