I've rewatched those videos multiple times now...I don't care what the guy says he was doing, he is happy and celebrating in those videos. That is not the response of someone trying to distract the crowd.

Well it depends on what he’s chanting.
Maybe he didn’t realize the seriousness and is just chanting USA.
If he was cheering on the shot and I was down there in the crowd it would be hard to not want to strangle that guy.
