Sure, just like they are refusing to follow unconstitutional Covid19 restrictions.

How do you go after guns and ammo people already own? Exactly

If a mass shooting is needed, the fbi will comply.

Simple, designate that certain firearms be registered under the National Firearms requiring the owner to pay the accompanying tax, or turn them in during a government buyback program, once the amnesty period ends anyone possessing a restricted weapon will be a felon. They will make examples of the first people caught giving them prison time. There is no shortage of liberal DAs and judges willing to go after those that would violate the law even in a lot of conservative states. For those that don’t think local law enforcement will follow the law, their salary, benefits, and pensions are more important to them than your gun rights. Just like when they are walking out a small business owner in handcuffs for COVID restriction violations, they will say “we’re just doing our job!”

O/U set at 10
way under.... i would guess 1 if any.

AR and AK style weapons are actually used pretty frequently in homicides. I’d estimate at least 7-10% of them.

I read from Russia (Siberia) to see what real people write, and not the false press.
Ordinary people who are not politicians do not lie to themselves. that's why I read forums, not newspapers.
From here from a distance it looks like neither the first amendment nor the second works for you.
Under the first amendment, not just a person was gagged, but the current president of the country.
Dozens of forums, twitter and facebook with thousands of subscribers are being closed.
First amendment on freedom of speech? I understand correctly?
Second Amendment on Free Ownership of Weapons. This is really the conquest of society that you can be proud of.
This is not the case with us. :( But I look at our countries in terms of arms and rights to it have practically leveled off.
That is, we do not have a shortguns, you still have it, but you cannot use it.
Even if you are robbed or killed. BLM pogroms have been going on for over half a year.
Yes, yes, it was pogroms, not protests. When people protest, then they are against power, law, phenomenon.
Moreover, a small shop with a family business if it is robbed by BLM and explain that it is in protest.
And the owners of these numerous ransacked shops never got their legal weapons.
Even if they were killed. Armed patrols went out to protect residents from pogroms. So what?
Even when BLM "protesters" broke into the courtyard of a private house, breaking down the gates of the lawyer
and this lawyer went out with his wife and both with arms. Apparently protect your property.
They never even fired a shot. Even to the sky. And how many problems did they have with the law later?
And the case with the guy from Kinosh?
In short, you no longer have weapons. The authorities see that there is no shooting and most likely there will not be.
And so that there is no civil war (God forbid) will actually be taken away gradually.

P.S. Sorry for the bad english. This language is not native to me

He claims to want to put a 50% tax on ammo.
I don't think that this guy knows that most of us know how to actually make ammo. Time to start picking up my shells.

This.

-Tax stamp for any magazine > 10 rounds
-Tax stamp for any semi auto
-Tax on ammo based on number of rounds.

Even "average" gun owners could have thousands in annual expenses just to keep the firearms and ammo they have.

It's like the vaccine passport, they can't make you take a vaccine but they can make your life hell without it. Same for the guns, they can make them so financially prohibitive to own many would have to give up.

Other terrible things they could require by law.

-Microstamping ammunition.
-Forced registration system for a fired case and or round (fired case requirement already in CA).
-All transfers through FFL, no FTF sales.
-No sales online (even though we all know internet sales go through an FFL).
-Increased background check restrictions which could include denial based on being part of an "extremist group" (would past Trump donors be extremists?)

Are 2A rights non-negotiable to most?

Is to me. "Shall not be infringed" has already been infringed enough. If anything, I say we need the 2A to be expanded again.

I want to own a full auto Ma-Deuce, a milspec H&K MP5 and an M1 Abrams. Why? Because I should be able to. I'm no threat whatsoever. Never have been. But I want the government to once again fear for themselves should they decide to frick us all.

Right now they screw us and then put up a fence guarded by 26,000 troops and laugh while they systematically continue to fully eradicate our GOD-given liberties.

Not sure why you’re yelling at me - especially since AKs are most decidedly not semi automatic by nature - but when Biden starts working on his weapon ban, you can be rest assured that he won’t stop at automatic rifles.

All rifles are used in the 300 range. No where near 7 to 10%.
