We're Number One!
To the dude complaining about the price of gas- it's down like 60¢ or so... be happy.

Is gasoline really high priced???
Average price of regular gasoline in 1968 was 34 cents per gallon. Today's inflation value of that 34 cents is $3.27. Today, I can buy regular gasoline all over the place in my area for around $3.25.
Quit your crying.

The crook Joe Biden and his Global Warming - Climate Change goons tried to destroy our Oil & Gas Energy Industry - Donald Trump brought us back to No. 1 status. The price of a gallon of gasoline is trending lower in my hometown. In the last month the price has dropped 71 cents to $ 3.29.
We still got work to do to bring our Beef Ranching business back where it belongs. Buffoons wanted us to eat synthetic beef made from bugs. And we still need to purge these RINO UniParty Republicans out of Congress.
Lord knows were this country would be today if Kamala "Kackle Hen" Harris had gotten in that Oval Office. It was frustrating to see this constant stream of ridiculous cultural changes these mafia democrats keep rolling out. Stuff like buffoon Joe Biden giggling on the White House lawn while the transgender dude stripped to his waist to showcase his new hormone induced breast. Yep, the Joe Biden crowd pushed the boundries on depravity.
I chuckled when President Trump told us he passed 100 million barrels of oil through the Straits of Hormuz right under the eye of the crippled Iranian military. That's what an effective military does for you - gives you capabilities and options.
What I hope to see come out of this Iranian conflict? Those Islamic turds bombed back to the 7th Century where they belong. I don't know which enemy of America is more despicable? The Mafia Democrats or the Iranian Islamics.
Trump 2026 - He took a bullet from an assassin and came out pumping his fist and with blood streaming down his face he screamed at us - Fight! Fight! Fight!

When natural gas, propane, butane, ethane, and refined products are included, the US is a net exporter. For just crude oil, the US is a net importer of 1 million barrels per day, as of the week ending June 5, 2026.

Then why is gasoline so high?
Partially because residents in foreign nations are willing to pay more than you by the tanker load. These are places like Columbia which imports a LOT of gasoline from the US.

There is concern about long term supply bc of Iran stuff.
Doesn't make sense; only 20% of the world's oil goes through the Strait of Hormuz.
More than likely, the prices so high because of corporate greed.

Never go full retard.
The "Petrodollar" is because no country had the amount of currency on the world market that the US has. None are even close. Thus the US dollar is the closest thing to a global currency there is.
The US was the KING of oil until around 1970, thus it was sold in dollars. Britain was the KING of tin and nickel thus it was trading in Pounds Sterling until the mid 1990s.

So what do we win?
We win more money for this country. More prosperity for America.
Also we win more security. Less dependent on foreign countries to use as leverage against us.
More tax revenue to help with the pain our countries financial system faces with supporting all the dim fraud we pay for.

alot of those exports are from the strategic reserves.
The current SPR releases aren’t the reason we’re the top exporter. The U.S. has been producing oil at world record pace since 2023.

No refineries have been built since the mid 80's. POTUS Trump is changing it, however. Regardless, I am paying less for gas now, far less than I paid under Biden or Obama when cost is adjusted for inflation.
Can you even imagine how broke and unable IRAN would be is Obama had not given them 300 billion dollars, most of which was used to fund their nuclear program?
For over 50 years!!
