Why do you have the posting habits of a moron?
For you to believe that is a genuine image, you would have to believe be is awaiting discharge orders. He is wearing dress clothes and has no IVs or other visible indication of needing to be in the hospital.
Since he was clearly waiting to be sent home, where is his update post once he reached the house?
