Look, we go in cycles. So it is entirely possible and actually likely we will next have a Democrat president. What remains to be seen is how that person and party governs the entirety of the population. My guess is it will be turbulent.

He doesn't accept a salary as president. He was a billionaire business man before entering politics. He got tired of the endless senseless decisions that other presidents have made and wants to fix what has been needed for decades.
He's also paid out of his own pocket along with other donors to help improve/repair the whitehouse and many landmarks.

As I have asked on this board many times when is the GOP going to realise they have ridden the Trump/MAGA horse as far as it is going to take them.
With Trump's promotion of Miller to Chief of staff it's apparent the direction Trump/MAGA is headed.
