I think some people are being too critical of Trump in this regard.

He tried to hold these people accountable. He made it a focus of his Administration. He hired an experienced political guy who told him that he would pursue it and get to the bottom it. Barr was a plant whose sole job was to run out the clock during a Trump presidency and protect the very class of people he was supposedly investigating.

Trump pressed the Ukrainian government to investigate corruption. He was impeached for doing so.

The FBI attempted a coup in the early days of the Trump presidency. Trump fired the guy responsible and was pilloried for it, including by many Republicans.

The FBI was protecting and running interference for the Biden family. So Trump took the information to the people. The deep state in response got 51 of their IC class to lie about the laptop and got social media to censor discussions about it.

After all attempts of accountability failed, Trump again took the message to the people and encouraged them to peacefully protest at the Capitol. The deep state knew of the plans in advance, denied troop security for DC, placed plants in the crowd, opened the doors and waved people in. Then they impeached Trump for it, again. And many Republicans voted for it. Then they charged Trump with 91 felonies.

I am accepting of criticism for the execution of Trump’s attempts to hold these bad actors of the corrupt political power class accountable. He lacked the nuance, the deft hand necessary in action and words to navigate this dangerous course. His wrecking ball mentality was not productive in this type of operation. But it really boils to the facts that Trump did take steps by trying to put people in place to pursue accountability then, when those steps were stymied, he went directly to the people. Those were reasonable steps. He was outmaneuvered by very powerful, politically connected, diabolical actors. But at least he tried. Taking on the power base of DC is extremely dangerous but damn is it needed.

I hope that they're doing it with ropes around their necks and a firing squad in front for insurance.

That is an interesting theory he laid out about why Trump did not pardon Assange and Snowden. If it is true there are many more Republicans in the Senate who need to be primaried.

The fact that the uniparty comprising both sides of the aisle attacked en masse was no surprise. The surprise was just how many ordinary citizens wanted to remain blue pilled. So we're fricked as a country. It's a sad commentary how what's happening isn't obvious or is accepted by the average person.

Oh fricking definitely.

This involved the FBI, courts and MSM to pull off.

Even as a republican, there is no journalist I trust more than Glenn Greenwald, who happens to be a true liberal.

Upside down world.

The LEFT will claim ANYONE who doesn't agree with them is "MAGA".

Look at what Hillary called Tulsi Gabbard - A RUSSIAN asset. Tulsi Gabbard?

How do you people get so easily confused? I'm POSTING about the Left, not what anyone HERE has posted.

Did you even watch the video? This is explained by the host who is PRAISING Greenwald's reputation. He's OBVIOUSLY not 'MAGA', and yet even he is stunned at the overt corruption and coordination in play here that a gay Left wing reporter from SALON is calling it out.

Some folks need to take a breath before reading posts and hitting 'reply'.

This is exactly why people think it's a cult. Of course Greenwald isn't a Trump supporter. That doesn't mean he cannot recognized that spying on a presidential candidate and president-elect is wrong. But you'd cast the ally aside because he's not loyal to Trump... good grief.

Based on what? Can you be more than a contrarian mouth breather and explain it?

I doubt it.

And FYI, I'm AGREEING with Greenwald. I sure as hell DO know who he is. A rare specimen. He's an honest Left wing reporter. How is that anything you jump on ME about?

Reading comprehension isn't your strength.

How did you come to that conclusion based on anything I posted? Seriously, this is fascinating to me.

I'm not casting him aside in the least. Quite the opposite.

Huh? No one said he was, but he's been calling out leftist bullshite and tricks for a few years now.

I'm glad leftists have liked him. Maybe he can slap at least some sense into some of them.

You are digging further and further with your know nothing obstinance

"mouth breather"? I look down to the left of the IQ bell curve to find you, You could not be more mistaken about that relative estimate.

You are agreeing with Glenn Greenwald because your loud denigrating pronouncement about him is wrong - something a mouth breather WOULD do...

Nothing I said about him was inaccurate. You've said absolutely nothing of value in your post.
