Grassley is a feckless old man.

His action will be a strongly worded letter and a harumph at a press conference on his way to the social club.

Congress can custom tailor the jurisdiction rules for these courts.

Grassley is right that activist judges are making policy instead of following the law. That is a real problem, and it needs to be stopped. If Congress or the Supreme Court does not step in, we will keep seeing judges overstep their role.

The problem is that Grassley and others talk big about taking action, but nothing ever happens. We have heard this same speech for years, and yet these rulings keep coming. A strongly worded letter or a press conference will not fix it. If he is serious, he needs to push for real consequences, not just more talk.

This kind of judicial overreach is a major issue. If Grassley and the Judiciary Committee want to prove they mean business, they need to back it up with real action. Otherwise, it is just more noise while the activist courts keep running the show.

Hallelujah! This is a good example to be the banner for challenging Judiciary activism. It has long been the Left’s ’point of the spear’.

Yes they just have to clear up the civil procedure on injunctions and stop the political grandstanding.

They won't, though, because they like them just as much and don't want to give the DEMs that sort of power when they regain the Presidency.

Might have been a good idea to reject these maniacs when they were merely nominees.

We all saw hearings for the crew Biden nominated. 200+ got through and they will prove to be worse than the clowns obstructing today.

Grassley spent 20 years having staffers publish a book of all the top government fraud and abuse while making it his top priority to address.

You know what he did when they had a chance to push for the exclusion of DOGE related government waste from the current budget? He voted against it.

He is an absolute fraud and while politically he isn’t the worst in DC he is absolutely emblematic of the GOPe: old, fake and completely detached from their voters.

Your 100% correct. Yet, I'm hopeful. It's been a very long time (if ever) that we've had this American First momentum in the nation and DC.
My HOPE is folks like Grassley feel supported enough by voters and the Trump administration that we'll see some action.

How long did the GOP control the Senate during his term?

Even if every GOP senator voted no, most of them still would've been confirmed.
