The democrats are upside on exactly two issues. Abortion and student loans. They didn't get much bump on student loan cancelation. Graham seems poised to deliver a huge bump for them on abortion. What a complete imbicile.

If he were serious about this issue, he'd have waited until after the midterms when the GOP has the power to at least bring this to a vote.
Unbelievably bad tactic here and Graham ought to know better. I'd bank on it that this is being done on purpose, to subvert the GOP outright.

Well, the 10th Amendment disagrees with you. The Constitution makes no reference to abortion, murder, rape or any other violent crimes as criminal (and civil) laws were deliberately left to the purview of the individual states.
FWIW, I believe human life begins at conception. Yet that this thread could turn into a 15 page debate arguing when human life begins is exactly why this issue should be left to the individual states.
