We’ve considered it. But your perspective is stupid and evil because it uses tax payer money to kill unborn children.

Up until now military members were able to have travel covered for abortions if they lived in areas that banned these services. Policy dated yesterday was pushed out indicating that’s not the case anymore.
I am not pro-abortion, but I don’t care for this as the military requires we live in specific areas that often don’t align with personal beliefs. (In 17 years I’ve never been in a fricking state that has allowed fireworks on the Fourth of July). Just kinda shitty based on the above as we have little to no say in our assigned locations.
Why should tax payer dollars be spent on an elective procedure? Abortion is no different that Gender Transitioning surgery or boob jobs. Unless you were raped you choose to get raw dogged and that isn’t my issue nor should we tax payers pay for it.

Actually your last statement can be turned around on yourself. Maybe you should wake up and realize the election was a mandate and most of America think you are in the wrong.

Not thinking about myself you stupid count, that’s the entire point. I’m thinking of the stupid arse E-3 that brings home 800 a month that will now have to pay out of her own pocket. Again, not something i necessarily support, but frick man I can also be objective and consider other people’s lenses
Can you be any more of an enabling socialist? So because she makes a horrible life decision let’s all pay so she doesn’t have to live with the consequences and potentially learn not to take a dicking down unless she is on the pill or sheathed with a condom. Do you also support gender affirming care for all military personnel?

good its an elective surgery. Would the government cover travel for a face lift?

Let me put this shite into a nursery rhyme so you stupid bitches can follow
Face lifts are legal in all 50 states
Your point makes no sense, you’ll never get a date
The military chooses the state you reside
From this point you dipshits keep trying to hide

Act like your bitch arse pays taxes in the first place. It’s a personal choice and allowed by both federal government and many state laws. The issue is then military requires you to live in specific areas with no personal consideration or choice and therein assumes some requirement in this situation. You’re welcome for my tax money and my service
You are acting like some woefully ignorant E-3. You don’t think that some of the guys posting right now served? You don’t think we pay taxes?
Long story short tax payer dollars should not be spent on elective procedures for service members and dependents. If you don’t like it I suggest you quit. From the sounds of things you won’t be missed.

Can’t reason with people like you. I recently talked with a self proclaimed progressive and didn’t want to get into abortion because it was a social setting and it’s not always that serious. I asked to make one point and said if abortion is okay for women, then why can’t men have financial abortion and get out of child support? I might as well have said every racial epithet, threw a Nazi salute, and shite on the floor. It pissed her off so bad. I said it’s logical, if you can do something arguably worse that kills something, why can’t another do something like not pay for child support.
“Well he got her pregnant.” Exactly. I’m not advocating for men to walk out on their responsibility, and women shouldn’t get to either. It takes two to tango. No accountability anymore.

Based upon you level of obvious intellect I would say you are a terminal E-6 and not in combat arms.

Abortions ARE NOT health care....An abortion is a personal choice to end the life of a growing fetus...it is a personal choice and a personal expense...Reach in your pocket and fly wherever, and pay for it...
Before you go nuts and offend my sensibilities with the life of the mother argument....That IS healthcare, and it's not elective it's therapeutic. Saving the mother's life is allowed everywhere....its just that women claim their life is in danger and the media picks it up and runs with it when it is untrue. Your preganancy threatening your mental health is not covered under "the life of the mother". Sorry. Women who are bleeding to death from an abruption will never be sent home to die despite what the liberals on this board want you to believe...

Tax payer money should not fund planned parenthood either. This isn’t difficult.
What’s your point?

It wasn't covered when I was in back in the 90's.

I’m thinking of the stupid arse E-3 that brings home 800 a month that will now have to pay out of her own pocket.
Also let's actually put ourselves in her shoes:
1. She knows she makes $800 a month. She knows she has a razor thin margin.
2. Hopefully if she's having sex, especially if she's having unprotected sex that would cost her her job, she is aware of the abortion laws in her area. If not, IDK if there is some kind of resource officer that could help her, but I can't imagine that the base wants their enlisted getting pregnant. Fwiw I also think the average military base has seen plenty of idiots come through and would know how to get through to them.
3. If the condom busts, there's plan B. There have also been like 17 or 19 or however many forms of birth control she could have been taking. Again IDK (not a physician) but I'm guessing that if she's healthy enough for military service she's healthy enough for at least one form of birth control.
So that's 3 separate lines of defense (BC, condom, plan B) AND of course the option of not taking dude's loads/using other sexual positions. Seriously, she doesn't even have to give up sex. Lots of women don't even enjoy PIV sex compared to other positions anyways. Typing this all out made me realize how ridiculous your position really is.
BTW, guys are liable for child support even if the woman fishes the condom out of a trash can. Cry me a river.

The tax payer doesn’t been to pay for abortions. If you want one or not I don’t really care.

Yep and based on that response I nailed it.
Too bad you aren’t in a combat unit. Attitudes like yours fester in the support units. Warfighters wouldn’t put up with substandard performance with an attitude.
