Thank goodness the law's been changed and already its having a drastic effect on those thinking they can get away with it here in the Golden State.
This incident is in suburban Los Angeles in Orange County.

if this isn’t proof it’s cultural and criminals do pay attention to the laws and use them to their “advantage”
it’s not the “woe is them” stories the left tries to play it off as. criminals take advantage of whatever you give them.

They either decriminalize, refuse to prosecute, or fail to report statistics to the FBI. And just like that, the numbers appear to be”go down” and the typical spin masters show up to gaslight tf out of reasonable, intelligent people. It’s not working anymore.
