There's a mall about 20 minutes across the state line from where I used to live.
The gangs had taken it over, and it became very widely known as someplace that you didn't wanna go.
The city took a very interesting approach to that problem.
The city bought out a portion of the building and Turned it into a POLICE STATION.

A lot of people don't realize that some of these shoplifters are actually part of, or paid by, organized crime rings. Some of which span across multiple states.
RICO could do quite a bit to shutting some of those rings down.

I watch a lot of arrest videos on YouTube. And a lot of people get arrested around here where I live.
It's really surprising of how many people are deluded, misinformed, and think the exact opposite of what the laws really are.
Case in point tho. Like the video shows in the video where they are counting up the cash amounts.
In Cali and a lot of these other states, they will let it go until the amount reaches $1,000 in damages. At which point it becomes Grand Theft.
The smart ones don't get caught with more than $990
Unlike these three.

Same thing with border crossings. They start to fly them in and process them through airports and suddenly the border crossing numbers go down. Problem solved!
