Yep. I told in laws if I was gonna be disrespected in front of my kids, neither I nor my kids would ever return. They were liberal, non Christians.
I flipped it around that way and made THEM uncomfortable, instead of my family.
It's truly unnatural being liberal...you have to go thru a special process to try and integrate your behavior.

You need to run fast from this chick. Trust me, these situations never end well.

There are plenty of women out there.

Anyway, one of her aunts posted althe pic on Facebook of the state of Florida covered in the word gay and was criticizing the “Dont say Gay” bill
For being hateful and all this other shite.

Should have told her it's also a "don't say straight" bill as well since heterosexuality also cannot be discussed in K-3.

Trust me…You just hit the lottery. You will have significantly fewer SOFE’s (Significant Other Forced Event) over the lifetime of your marriage. Literally any excuse will be gladly accepted for your absence from family gatherings. Congrats!

If they can’t process your explanation of the intent of the message after you explain it, then perhaps you’re better off not getting married. IMHO this is the time she (fiancé) should be backing you 100% vs anyone, because your about to be a team. What she truly believes can be handled between the both of you in private with only you. Period.

Looks like a few less plates you have to buy at your reception. Keep it up and you'll cut your wedding expenses in half.

Ok. This is also correct.

Don’t put your family or personal business on Facebook. Seriously. There will always be disagreements but social media adds a whole new level of dysfunction.

Remind your future in-laws how Obama, Hillary, Biden and every other prominent Democrat the last 20 years were all against gay marriage until it became politically expedient for them to be all for gay marriage. Tell them it’s just taking you a while to come around like all those folks but you’ll get there

……not!

You should seriously rethink your engagement otherwise you will have a miserably short marriage. They will have never ending fights over everything and your wife will side with them. It will really get miserable if you have kids.

OK, look...I understand having a Facebook account. As you get older it's nice to at least have a way to stay in contact with old friends you haven't seen in forever, and there really isn't a platform that does that like Facebook yet.

That said...you post here. There should be ZERO reason to feel like you need to get into argument on fricking Facebook. First, I weeded out people in my friend group a few years ago who used Facebook like that. I always look at Facebook as an open invite to walk into my home, sit down and start talking to me. If you're gonna abuse that trust and walk in and sit down and start yammering about how people like me are the worst people in the world, etc...then you can frick right off. so, I dropped a bunch back then...so now it's all peaceful on my timeline. And on the occasion someone says something political I disagree with, I smile and scroll past it and realize that if I want to argue politics I have this place!

This is a repackaged CRT argument...well done!

Much like CRT is not only about "telling kids racism exists and that we had slavery in the US" this bill is NOT simply about telling kids gay people exist.

There is divide on this. ONE family member says Biden is great and it is war in the family. Stories of the workplace where people check coworker's social media & if they are against Biden they report to HR.

With the great reset and social media credits coming. It makes you want to start social media and be all in on Biden; just so you can work, eat & breath in the future. It is nuts.
