No way on hell was the Republican controlled Senate going to confirm a lame duck president appointee of a SC Judge after the passing of Scalia who was a bedrock Conservative.

Holder was likely the most illegitimate, radical incompetent to ever hold that office (AG). This is a mighty nation to overcome 8 years of a combo of Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and Eric Freaking Holder. Hell the least damaging was Joe Biden. As for the cell phones...someone in the Senate itself is waging this war and my money and I think Grassley's is on Di Fi and Hirono. They need to send in the FBI root out the guilty and prosecute.

I noticed that Grassley left as soon as he voted yesterday and I couldn’t help but wonder why he wouldn’t stick around to enjoy the melt. Could it be that his foot isn’t off the gas yet and we will see in the coming days that that the judiciary committee has been hard at work exposing the left?
