He is saying that illegal aliens have a right to due process. But there due process is very different from American due process.
They have the right for an immigration judge to decide if they have the right to be here or not.
And that's is. That is their due process. And immigration judge, not a real judge and jury.
One guy decides quickly if you are in or out.
That is legally the way things are done. And that is their due process.
Americans have all different parts of due process.
I mean everyone here needs to calm down. He is saying what you want.
The only thing i know about his was he was part of that awful immigration bill that was almost passed.

Great. No problems.
Now - how do we determine this? That's where actual Due Process comes in. We have to actually figure out if they're illegal or not, which is like every other law we have.
Do murderers belong in jail? Hell yes, but we have to determine if they actually killed someone - that's a process we go through. Once we figure out they unalived someone we throw them in the can or send 10k volts through them, but we have to be sure first. But we bring them in front of a judge and jury and figure out it first.
Same thing for illegals. Otherwise, we're just grabbing people off the street and throwing them out.

We didn't let anything happen. Qualified professionals who became either exports in their fields or studied the subject for years moved into positions they were and are well suited for. Is it hit and miss? Sometimes. But there's a reason the American collegiate system is the envy of the world.

All of you azzholes who are defending this shiiittt know damn well what the Dems and Rino’s want. They want a dragged out Due Process that will last years within the legal system, with appeals and Judge BoASSberg type judges making bulllshit judgments.
Also, it’s not Rocket Science to have an indication of a legal immigrant vs an illegal one. It requires a brain.

There is no argument. You’re either here legally or not. There is no argument to continue to be here illegally. Citizens and legal residents have documents proving as such, it’s not hard to figure out the illegal residents.
If an illegal commits another alleged crime other than being here illegally then the person should face due process for that crime if there needs to be more severe punishment than simple deportation if found guilty of that crime

I can't speak for everyone, only myself and I know damn well that power corrupts.
So, when you remove the constraints that protect everyone who is accused of a crime - no matter what crime - I know damn well that the people in charge now know that they can just act as judge, jury, and executioner on anyone and anything for any reason. That's basic human behavior.
