Right now the consensus from the War Room regulars...if Trump is indicted, Trump is the hands down primary winner and if Biden runs, Trump crushes Biden. Of course this is all predicated on secure and legitimate elections.

How is this not double jeopardy? Seriously, he's already dealt with this NON issue.

Everyone can clearly see that it's lawfare. Coming right after the J6 scam collapsed & Hunter's laptop is verified (again) as legit.

You may be right but I think there's a growing belief the more Trump is attacked the more he will be embraced by the majority of Americans.

What would be be indicted for? Seems like if anything it would be Stormy getting indicted for blackmail.

It would rally support for him in the primaries which is why the Dems would do this.

and if Biden runs Trump crushes Biden

Trump would still lose the general and more states would flip from red to blue

That's the big question. I'm sure this is the question lawfare is struggling with the most.

What did they Shampeach him for? That's the point, everything the anti Trump Consortium is doing to destroy Trump is bogus.

I think it boils down to this. We look back at the last 4 years Biden sending the country down the shitter. People will vote for any one not Biden. See the 1980 election for comparison.

It's become quite obvious over the past 6-7 years the entrenched LWO political elites don't care about this constitutional republic.

This. It’s probably good for Trump especially if it’s over the Stormy Daniels shite that no one cares about but it just further pushes this country towards the brink

It could have a martyr effect.

It definitely will not peel off any of his supporters.

In fact it might make the bond stronger.

There is one fact you're not taking into account.....TDS was not a thing in 1980.

The issue is the 14th Amendment and disqualification.
Section 3

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

They are going to find a way to pin the 'insurrection' or 'rebellion' label on Trump. Through indictment, through a rigged DC jury...somehow, some way, it's going to happen. No one should be surprised if they simply pin the label on him via proclamation from Biden or Garland, or something else short of a conviction, and they will say that conviction is not mentioned in the amendment. The Senate will pass such a resolution, and who knows about the House. But there will be states that seize upon this and take Trump off the ballot.

John Roberts has to decide whether or not SCOTUS entertains the issue. Will he do it before the election or stall until after the election, once the issue arises? But, rest assured, there will be states that take Trump off the ballot because of this.

Don't forget, we are likely to be at war when this happens, so there is going to be intense control by the government.

Merrick Garland is not pursuing justice, he's just pursuing Trump.

More like a sad thing. It will just confirm that we're sliding further into banana republic status.
