Righties, on the other hand, want to control their thoughts and actions at all times, demanding absolute obedience and compliance with their demands. What you are seeing here is another example that the present right wing are like thought police, attacking anything they perceive as critical of the president.
The thought police attack even if the picture is of a group of Christian athletes praying together before a game, because they are so insecure that they perceive that it might possibly be a critical statement, even if it isn't.

I dislike the kneeling and protesting during games as much as you, but you are posting a picture that is absolutely NOT of the players protesting. This is NOT during the anthem. It appears they are praying.

Disagree. If you get paid ridiculous amounts of money to play a game, and can turn around and shite on the country and people who make that possible, you can't separate that from patriotism and decency. In my opinion, anyone who does it, or supports it, is neither decent, nor patriotic.
I don't think anyone is really in their feelings about it, unless disdain and disgust qualifies. Apathy suggests that the matter is of no consequence. In my opinion, anyone who chooses to shite on my country over a bullshite narrative that doesn't even resemble reality, can go frick themselves with a cactus. I'm not going to pretend it doesn't matter. I'm going to speak against it, I'm going to actively withhold any and all support for anyone associated with it.
The NFL will learn soon enough that it doesn't take long for people to realize that they aren't missing much, shunning professional football.

Former Saints Malcolm Jenkins and Kenny Stills both acted our during the anthem last night. Jenkins did his “black power” salute for the entire 2 minute anthem. Stills kneeled for the entire anthem.
LSU legend Leonard Fournette stayed in the locker room and dishonored the men and women who have died for America.
