Sounds good. They are here illegally.

Trump says illegal immigrants should be deported with 'no judges or court cases'.
Exactly! Courts and cases are for citizens who have rights.
They have no right to come here illegal so they go back immediately. It's more efficient and less costly which is I guess why we haven't been doing it.

mere unlawful presence in the country is not a crime
FindLAw civil vs criminal Entry vs Presence
May not be a Dem but gonna have to deduct from previous score for another failure to stick the landing. 3.9

FindLAw civil vs criminal Entry vs Presence
quote:
Unlawful Presence Is Not a Crime Some may assume that all immigrants who are in the United States without legal status must have committed improper entry. This simply isn't the case. Many foreign nationals legally enter the country on a valid work or travel visa, but fail to exit before their visa expires for a variety of reasons. But mere unlawful presence in the country is not a crime. It is a violation of federal immigration law to remain in the country without legal authorization, but this violation is punishable by civil penalties, not criminal. Chief among these civil penalties is deportation or removal, where an unlawful resident may be detained and removed from the country. Unlawful presence can also have negative consequences for a resident who may seek to gain re-entry into the United States, or permanent residency. Both improper entry and unlawful presence should be avoided by any immigrant to the United States, but an illegal alien cannot be criminally charged or incarcerated simply for being undocumented. To learn more, check out FindLaw's section on Immigration Law.

you ain’t got valid identification, you go home. Pretty simple and very European.

Boom, shaka lah...
About 2 months into that practice we would have no more immigration issue. Saves time, money and leftie tears.

If they look suspicious, they should be gone
If yoyrw a citizen, you wouldn't look suspicious
These ice agents are well trained to know the difference

As a young teenager, Carrillo automatically became a U.S. citizen when his mother went through the naturalization process. As an adult, he had two serious run-ins with law enforcement: a 2007 conviction for carrying a concealed weapon and another in 2011 for sending sexually explicit material to a minor, according to law enforcement records reviewed by The Times. In the second case, Carrillo was sentenced to 240 days in jail and three years’ probation, the records show
Yeah....he seems nice.

Both you and the Democrats are wrong. Unlawful presence is a considered a civil infraction (although, for the purpose of this thread, it's an irrelevant distinction as the 5th still applies). However, unlawfully entry is a crime and the Democrat footstomping was in response to the arrest made at the border for unlawfully entry.
If you overstay your visa, it's technically a civil infraction (still irrelevant)
If you enter the country without authorization, it's a crime.

Once again, people that want to deport "illegals" without hearings have wayyy too much faith in govt and federal agents.
Or you are a globalist that doesn’t want borders and for the US to be every “shithole’s” piggy bank.

What are you saying slick?
Don't be all mealy mouthed come out and be clear.
Snark is not clear.
Crossed the border illegal is now a muddled unknowable thing?

Thats nice. Then their name would show up in the VISA data base. They still need to be deported, right?

Surely it can't be that hard to determine if somebody is here illegally. ID them. Don't have one, bring them in and finger print them.
Once they are in the system. We always have the prints.

So, in your mind, the only two possible positions is ripping up the Constitution and deporting anyone suspicious or having wide open borders?

The wall and focus on the ports of entry might be the best solution
