Right, none of those things would be occurring.

Legally, yes they are. When you handcuff someone and stick them in a van to drive them somewhere, you are confining them.

Let me ask you it this way. You're a US citizen. If someone that hates you calls ICE and accuses you of being an illegal, you and they come, cuff you, throw you in a van, drive you to Mexico and drop you off, do you think you'd consider it a punishment?

Let's not emulate Europe.

Ok which is it?? One day we're supposed to look to Europe as a great example of how we should be. Next day we shouldn't be like them.

I'm personally for not emulating Europe.

The refusal by ICE officials to listen to Carrillo’s claims of citizenship appeared to violate an agency policy that requires officers to thoroughly and quickly investigate such claims. If there is any doubt whether someone is a citizen, the policy instructs officers not to arrest the person until the confusion is resolved.

Once again, people that want to deport "illegals" without hearings have wayyy too much faith in govt and federal agents.

I agree but that seems like something he shouldn’t have said.

He just drew a line in the sand regarding which road this country will travel down for the future. Either we give it away or we stand up and speak out against those that want to give it away.

But last week the Dem Mantra was "this is a civil matter not a criminal one".

I'll only give ya a 4.4 on the double back flip without the 1.5 twist as you failed to stick the landing.

I'm not a Democrat. It is a criminal manner.

Shouldn't there be a proceeding to make sure somebody is an actual illegal?

It doesn't have to be a trial of the facts when the facts are obvious.

You will admit they have far fewer rights than citizens.

Not as it concerns Due Process

Furthermore, you would have no way of knowing illegal presence versus legal presence until you looked into the manner.

So, if I kick a trespasser out if my house, I have punished him?

When the government does it, yes.

So, if someone breaks into my house and I call the cops and the cops come and only make them leave, they are being punished?

This man is dominating the press and elite like no other in my lifetime.

You can call him emperor, prez, whatever you want, but what you can't call him is a goofus. to those who understand where I got that.

If they broke the law they go. Period. So simple and so easy to understand. There is a proper channel for immigration that helped build this nation into the power it became and what millions fought to protect.

Those immigrants for the majority did it with pride and a sense of self responsibility knowing something of monumental opportunity for success was attainable. These people did it correctly and lawfully.

This shite we see, and the southern border predominately, are people who have zero respect for the the law and tend either to want handouts, make easy money at a low wage to send back home because of exchange value; criminal cartels human trafficking; etc.. those few who are legitimate get lost in the hehe malaise and suffer.

Those folks deserve a chance and it is our responsibility to make sure they get that chance by enacting better control over our borders; with processing legal immigration where it is not a stain on the system but smooth and simple.

frick the elite and the left and right who oppose this human way of helping both our people and those attempting to do this legally.

You have to find it a little amusing that the same people thst think the FBI is a criminal organization think ICE or its affiliates are perfect and dont need judicial oversight .

This isn't a good analogy unless the trespasser is claiming he has the right to be there.

If he claims he has a right to be there and the cops physically remove him without his consent, he is absolutely being punished.

If you get pulled over by a cop for speeding and don't want to show your id then you might be arrested and then the court system takes over.

Good grief.

You still end up being IDed. This does not apply to criminal aliens.

What is the mindset of someone who would have a problem showing ID...I mean other than being a juvenile little bitch with a, "Oh Yeah??....you can't make me" world view?

If a cop has probable cause, you have to show ID....in Texas at least.

Nope. He's the only one. And the only reason he ended up in the car was because he was a whiny little bitch who wouldn't provide ID.
