Agree to disagree.
Also, my apologies for laughing. Shouldn’t laugh at a neighbor of mine in (former) St. George.

I'll give you a thousand dollar deal.
You get it if you leave for a year
You also get it if you can prove you've had consensual sex with a humanoid.

His free speech, account on Twitter, and his career was stifled based on the requests of the DNC, including certain elected officials. He does arguably have standing.

You’re commenting when you did not even hear his interview. You don’t even know the facts but you can’t wait to defend your liberal tribe. ??

Oh it’s the usual suspects coming in and saying they are fine with the democrat party corruption and violation of constitutional rights.
The cult is real.
The cult is real.

He doesn’t need to win. He just needs discovery

Hank I would agree with you if he was bringing the lawsuit regarding suppression overall, but per the aforementioned, the DNC specifically asked that he be blocked. So he is right in taking the DNC to court.
Now to prove he was not harmed, they will have to argue that social media has a whole has no value, now that indeed seems like a tall order, because trillions of dollars in equity for various companies states otherwise.
And he is right to sue the DNC and not Twitter. In this case Twitter is the convenience store clerk who handed over the cash, the DNC is the one putting a gun to their head.

Legally, a plaintifff cannot recover from a defendant unless the defendant owes a legal duty to the plaintiff.
What legal duty does a DNC owe to James Woods? None.
Now, some poster who understands nothing about the law is going to start asserting that I am somehow defending the DNC or that I hate America or something equally asinine.
This is simply a legal analysis of a potential claim. At this point, it just does not look to me as if James Woods has a legal leg to stand on.

It's going to be interesting. Alex Jones has to pay people billions for saying he didn't believe what happened, and did nothing directly against anyone.
The colluding that is said to be done here should be worse and punishable.
Unfortunately like another said...court shop this lawsuit around to get a fair shot.

I wish him luck, but I don't think he has a case.

It’s been abused to the point that it no longer resembles that.
Mickey thinks that SCOTUS isn’t political, so he probably thinks that of the entire judiciary.
