The Iranians have already won
Our bases are not defensible, and we've had 196 some attacks on them since Israel invaded Gaza. We're pulling out of Iraq and Syria because of that.
We're not the America of 1990, and we're not the America of 2003, and we don't have the resources to fight a major war with Iran.
We do have to respond, but I assume we will hit targets in Syria, and leave it at that.

Son did 2 tours, Iraq, and there was an absence of farting around. In the event force is employed - which I believe it will be - it must be so lethal and broad based that the rats scurry and can anticipate future retaliation - just because.
We are dealing with a region that is tribal - has contributed no redeeming value to society - under total suppression. Good always suffers because of evil but godlessness requires must be countered with liberties and freedoms...neither hallmarks of the green/red/black/white flags

I wouldnt trust the media or the government to tell me what time it is...and you want me to invade Iran based off some news report when Iran is denying involvement? No, the answer is to find those responsible and kill them.

We need 3rd party to verify this was Iran. The US intelligence hasn't been right or non agenda driven since the 90's. Couple that with the US looking for it's next forever war, the tail is wagging the dog.
