Game theory dabblers, in terms of strategy, would an open SC slot do more to mobilize Dem or Repub turnout?

If RGB dies tomorrow, they'll put her on life support until Nov. 2020

Don't know the answer to your question, but I can guarantee people would be flipping their shite even more than they are now.

The confirmation vote would pass in less than 120 days after nomination. Liberal turnout would be crushed because the battle is already lost by Election Day.

Trump wins either way. It would put retaking the House at risk. Trump won't care. ACB come on down!

I have a book in my library (someone started another thread about what book we are reading now but I read this one years ago) written in 1996 by James B Stewart titled "Blood Sport" ... it's about the Clintons and the many people connected to them who have died mysteriously but also about how they laid waste to so many people in their path.

Simon and Schuster but I was always surprised that they agreed to publish that book.

Clintoncide is real, it is not urban myth or a conspiracy theory. It is a real thing.

SCOTUS shouldn’t be this important to our lives.

Read "Men in Black" by Mark Levin (2005) and you'll think differently after you do.

I wish none of the branches were important in our lives.

No shite Sherlock, the Framers and Montesquieu specifically made it clear the judiciary branch was supposed to be the weakest body of govt however we let them start controlling things the moment we allowed them to get away with the STUPID arse substantive due process bullshite, an oxymoron if I even read one so SO bad for this country and the 10th Amendment

Democrats would take to the streets before that happened.

I do, but I don't major in reading minds or in abbreviations. I just enjoy political discussion. But thanks for taking time our of your busy posting schedule to fill me in.
