Giglio Violation... Flynn may get out of charges

Did the prosecution tell Flynn’s lawyer that their main witness against him was removed for bias? Since Strzok led the interview and his testimony would be needed to establish untruthfulness, he is a critical witness not just a prosecutor. If not disclosed, would this not be a Giglio violation? This is the kind of misconduct that can get a case dismissed and a lawyer disbarred. It is a Constitutional violation. This has bothered me since I heard about it.
If not. Case will be dismissed.

Entrapment. Flynn was witch hunt.

That would be beyond sweet justice if Flynn escapes charges because of impropriety from the SC.

unfortunately no matter what happens, or whatever illegalities committed by prosecutors, it doesnt matter.
once you plead guilty thats it, you cant go back and change your mind no matter how corrupted the whole process actually was. a plea ends it, right then and there no matter what comes up later.

I believe a guilty plea can be withdrawn if he hasn't been sentence.

Yeah, no doubt he would have had a great case going forward, but he took the easy way out, the cheapest way out, too..

The term Giglio material is sometimes used to refer to any information pertaining to deals that witnesses in a criminal case may have entered into with the government.
The Supreme Court held that, regardless of whether the failure to disclose was intentional or negligent, disclosing the information remained the responsibility of the prosecutor in its position as spokesman for the government. The Court held that due process required that Giglio be granted a new trial, and reversed and remanded

There are some very good theories out there showing a precise timeline that everything from Flynn’s appointment to his plea was an elaborate COINTELPRO to smoke out Mueller’s people, and it worked. Flynn’s counterpart who stayed on has access to all the raw SIGINT from NSA. That’s how they got Strzok’s texts

You guys need to read up on what the process of pleading guilty to something actually entails.

So despite the guilty plea, he could still get off?

Except Strozk didn’t enter into a deal with the government regarding criminal charges.

Putting aside the fact that Strozk didn’t enter into ah agreemebtbwith the government regarding a reduction in criminal charges for himself, let’s just entertain your hypo.
How does Flynn get passt him certifying and verifying the factual basis of the plea is true?

I don’t think the plea is the issue here.

Isn’t Giglio for cooperating witnesses? Tondisclose their deal to let the jury take it into account regarding their credibility?
If so, how is that in play with a plea? It’s been awhile since criminal procedure so I could be wrong, but I think even Brady violations may be even excused when the defendant pleas
