I don't give a damn about legalistic horse shite. The same exact piece of shite let's the clinton bitches get away with blatant lies and doesn't even bother to tape her and then turns around and charges Flynn for doing the same exact thing is selective prosecution at best.

That is true banana republic shite, just charge who you want to based on whether you oppose them politically.

Nice but a moot point.

Pardons are coming. Tick Tock.

Sure, but does that invalidate the entire document?

“So Mr. Flynn, did you go before a judge on (date) and swear that...?”

I don’t know that answer. Thankfully the last criminal law exposure I had was 6 years ago.
I really don't know what you're saying here. There would be no trial. The witness no longer exists.

Correct!

And the Storkeman isn't the only one that will give the Mueller team this same problem.

So 7 mil, 15mil whatever Honest Bob has racked up for two lying to the FBIs.

This is a travesty of justice, because without an inept SC being appointed, you wouldn't even have these.

Because these 'crimes' didn't exist, prior to Mueller being hired

It depends....and I don't like taking cues from the Gateway Pundit, but we would have to find if the testimony or answers given t he FBI Agent were either recorded or videoed. If memory serves, when the FBI interviews you, they usually just take hand written notes.

Even if it's a pleading/hearing matter, unless the interview was recorded, Flynn states "I did not agree with the US Attys conclusion that I was not truthful but concluded under the circumstances that I had little or no chance of successfully contesting it and that accepting the plea was the only viable option.
