"A very sharp lawyer"? A Miami detective, sitting in on several of Dersh's depositions of some of the victims, said he would leave the room in tears for the victims. He said they were some of the most ugly victim depositions he had ever witnessed. Desh himself has been quoted as saying his whole focus is on defending his client, adding "I could care less about a victim." The detective said Dersh spent at least an hour making a victim describe an abortion she had had. The victim was left an emotional wreck. And people wonder why some victims of sexual abuse & rape refuse to come forward to testify.

Agree, FE. Some of the most Moral people I know, are a-Religious. The problem with such being that WHICH Morality do people agree upon, as Subjective 'Morality' is in the eye of the Beholder. Natural Law/Darwin being the default.

Example: Progs believe in 'engineered equality', as "life's lottery" (Random Chance) is innately 'unjust'. Mother Nature and Religion support the Principle of 'pre-destined'/Genetic 'reward according to right action'. So, HOW and WHICH of the above, basic "First Principle" Paradigms...should rule, for civil harmony and societal prosperity...given that 'Morality' (right action) is Subjective?

Water takes the easiest path downhill; so will weak humans. The (physically/spiritually-a-Religious) weak will choose to systematically *equalize* societal affluence...every single time. Nothing to lose...something to gain.

Show me a Civilization wherein people believe there is no afterlife...and I'll show you a desperate, gloves off dog fight. I.e., a-Religious Nature doing it's thing. You may be Moral and a-Religious...but try selling that to those who don't have your intellectual metal. They'll go rogue on you in a NY second; why not.

"The fool thinketh in his heart that there is no God". Proof coming.

I don't know, c; his anti-Religion arguments in that Debate were so solid, it was impossible for me to determine.

Does Jewish Religion allow for banging minor girls? Either way...he's screwed. Minus the Mercy of Jesus; which he apparently discounts. I suspect that is the reason for the dour look on his countenance. Not a happy man.

He wants all the documents released.

His strategy is that they will show his accusers are lying, thereby making their accusations suspect.

Not a happy man indeed.

A lot of evil in this world, and he appeared to be one of the few remaining level minded liberals.

Agreed, but without a rooted principle of right and wrong that is when morality becomes subjective. The religious person knows the standard they should live up too. The atheist only needs to live up to what they determine to be moral and right which could be mutable to the individual.

Between a rock and a hard place, BT; I.e., "when did you quit beating your wife". Indefensible; and supremely ironic given his status as a top tier Defense Attorney.

"I will take the wise in their own craftiness". His days are numbered.

Right, so some of them could have easily targeted him because his aggressiveness as a lawyer pissed them off so much.

That's what a good defense attorney does. It may be cold, it may not be nice, but it's the only thing standing between a defendant and jail. The adversarial system depends on it.

He also flew in at least another 12 times (I think it was) by helicopter. That was revealed in the recent dump as well. 12 times that Virginia Roberts knows of because that's the number of times she accompanied him and Maxwell to the island by helicopter. It may well have been more.

A few months back he had scheduled to do a mock trial where, get this, he was going to defend pedophiles and human traffickers. Not making this up. And then the anons blew it up all over the net and he cancelled it.

As others have said, he's a good lawyer and he was actually trying to prepare for this very thing recently. He has his strategy worked out already, whatever it may be. Sounds like he is going to try and paint his accusers as liars.

Slight problem though. There are tapes of all this shite.

I love Dersh for his defense of civil liberties which is a rare thing in America. However he does fit the profile for a prev.

White
Jewish
Northeastern
Democrat

Quite a few of these pervs fit that description including Epstein himself.

Let the chips fall.

What is fascinating is that if you go to the buried HuffPo story, there is absolutely no mention of Bill Clinton. How did they miss that??
