Since he spoke out in favor of President Trump during the impeachment, actually at the impeachment, he is an easy target to leak out first. He is a democrat but since he broke rank they are throwing him to the wolves. Disgusting what he did but there are many more heads about to roll.

The documents that were released were from a civil suit if I’m not mistaken. If so there is nothing Trump can do.

I hate to say, but I've always smelled a rat with Dershowitz. I highly respect his intellectual status; have every since the C-Span Debate with Alan Watts re the role that Religion should play in Politics. That Debate was the EPITOME of what real debate should be.
I assume Dershowizt is Agnostic; I.e., that he has no fear any Spiritual Judgment and afterlife. Or Objective Morality. That would be indicative of his 'no rules/above the rules' mindset. Either way...he's toast.

You don't need religion to have morals. Likewise, believing in religion is no guarantee that a person will have morals.
