The 'truth', which implies falsehood on the initial description, becomes 'new info' which eventually becomes "conspiracy theories that started 3 years ago when the testimony was released (and thoroughly discussed at the time)". Within two sentences, the entire 'EXCLUSIVE' is clearly nothing more than what could easily pass as an OT thread

Did Epstein have children? Grandchildren? Maxwell have any? I know Trump did and they very much respect him. There is a good reason that God created humans that must have children for the sake and hope of humanity.
If I were Trump and that young girl had told me what happened I would have reported him too. And probably hired some thugs to castrate him.

What sets this one apart is how they almost immediately admit that they have no idea, no actual information (real or fake) to support their insinuation in the headline. They don't know what Maxwell said, and they admit the only information they do have is the testimony which states no wrongdoing.
