Andrius Kubilius, the European Commissioner for Space and Defense, has announced that German Intelligence has obtained relevant evidence indicating that Russian President Vladimir Putin and the Kremlin are discussing a potential attack against NATO, with it currently unknown if these are only discussions or if preparation are being actively made for a direct conflict with NATO and the United States.

He added that Europe must prepare for war, learning not only from Ukraine’s experience but also from Russia’s aggressive patterns.

Of course they're discussing attack plans on NATO. They're Russia. They've been discussing attacking NATO for its entire existence.

How does Russia have the resources to handle Ukraine plus western Europe? I don't see a full fledged war against Europe going well.

(Germany attacks Poland on its way to attack Russia). Not that it could happen since Germany has fewer functioning airframes and tanks than the Alabama National Guard.
