Whether we like it or not, DAS are elected officials. So it's no surprise that some prosecutions have a political component.....been that way since the beginning.

Maybe Willis did present this evidence to the Grand Jury and the Grand Jury weighed it and determined it did not exonerate.....I mean the Grand Jury was free to issue a no bill.

Willis must turn this evidence over if she indeed has it or it's a mistrial

Any thought on the fact that even though republicans picked up a few house seats in 2020 but Trump lost the house in2018 and the senate and the White House in 2020???

I have no doubt Trump will not be convicted on every count but will be on some. The jury will decide. If the most avid cultist here was on the jury but followed the evidence and the law there are counts the cultist would vote guilty.

His bigger conviction will come in Maimi. The blowhard was doing stupid crap with those documents and daring the AG to prosecute him.

Are you so far up Trump's butt that you could not be an impartial juror???

DAs can game the grand jury. There is ZERO obligation to present exculpatory evidence to a GJ.

Trial is a totally different story (and that prospect is usually why DAs DON'T bring cases to a GJ where there is substantial exculpatory evidence).

The DA in the Ferguson case DID present it to the GJ because he knew the case should not go to trial but did not want the political heat for not prosecuting the cop on his own. He wanted the "cover" of the GJ "no billing" the case. Plus, it was the right thing to do.

Willis doesn't care about the ramifications because she wants the indictment for herself and those directing her.

This is how you know that everything the democrats accuse Trump of, they have already done themselves.

Which documents, specifically, are you referring to?

I don't believe they are confident of a conviction. They just want an indi tent and trial hanging over Trump during election season.

Her choice to not provide it sure as hell makes a strong case for dismissal,

No, it doesn’t. Defense-friendly evidence is routinely withheld from grand juries.

have you addressed these crimes of democrats? If you have not, why not?

The article alleges that the donations were being made under false names, using the names of elderly out of state voters and prepaid credit cards, as a way to circumvent campaign finance laws on max individual donations. Elderly people in other states that don’t donate to candidates in their own state or local elections, but were donating to a relatively unknown candidate in a local DA race in a different state. Then when some of the supposed donors were contacted, they claimed they never donated anything to her campaign.

Why would I “address” anything you just quoted?

Bizarre comment from you that has nothing to do with my post.

Cool. If those things can be proven and are against the law, charge the offenders.
