democrats always show you who they really are, you just have to (a) pay attention and (b) believe them when they say outrageous stuff and (c) recognize that whatever they accuse their enemies of doing is EXACTLY what they themselves ARE doing,

I doubt SCOTUS will interject themselves in a state electoral matter; especially for a state seat that doesn't directly affect citizens in other states. If they basically avoided cases in the 2020 presidential election, I don't think they'd touch this one.
