Under oath? In order to challenge the vote, you must present harm. Trump does not vote in Georgia, thus he can not provide a harm committed against him. The people of Georgia, however, can. In Georgia the people in charge of DeKalb County’s election is the Dekalb County Election Board.
If the election board wants fraud there will be fraud and there is nothing the State or any other County can do about it.
Same for Fulton and Clayton County.
This is why Georgia was selected as one of the places to defraud elections.

All you have to know is that this lawsuit simply seeks a manual recount of paper ballots at a single precinct and that Raffensberger refuses and has taken legal action to prevent it.

Careful NineLineBind what you wish for. The Democrats want to overhaul the election process so bad that they want the Fed Gov to run it.
Maybe the plan is to show the issues with states conducting their own elections by creating the cheating so they can then justify getting the Federal govt to create a "safe" system.
