The fact that Trump didn't fire Fauci or have him removed as the main face of Covid speaks volumes. Trump certainly didn't hire or keep "the best people" around him.

Sweep off your own front porch before you criticize mine. Want to explain a gazillion things Biden has said - and let's not get started on Word Salad Annie.

Everything Fauci did was wrong.

Trump stating that fact makes me support him more.

It's a coherent sentence, which the current president, vice president, and press secretary have not been able to pull off.

I guess you had that coherent sentence about tacos likening the second largest group of people here to fast food, that was brilliant. Tell me more about how well your administration is doing.

Also, are you following Dr. Fauci these days? Want to re-mask some more? Maybe freak out about monkey pox too?

Get a life.

Politics is a game of complete bullshite and hypocrisy.

There's not much real to it at all. That's why it's so aggravating.

Did Trump screw up. Yes, of course. Only difference is he had no teammates in DC or the media to help him.

Hard to tell context from an 11 second clip. Was he talking about his personal approach to Covid medication? He was taking ivermectin, which is the opposite of what Fauci was recommending.

Maybe Trump was distracted by the constant attacks on himself, his family and the country and made a few mistakes.

I have no problems with all recommendations and voluntary measures.
Did Trump push the mandates?

I don’t think so. Correct me if I’m wrong.

I don’t think the Fauci we all know and hate was the same under Trump. Not so?

Solid logic. He steps into a rotten bureaucracy staffed by tens of thousands of jackals. Its famously called "the swamp".

When nameless, faceless bureaucrats frick up, collude, whistle blow, or generally behave like the political shills they are, its always Trump's fault. Its never an indictment on the system.

Better late than never. Clot shot was a brilliant trap Trump fell for it.

Why do progressives take everything he says 100% literal?

Did you spaz out when he said there were burgers piled a mile high at the White House when the Clemson Tigers visited?

I don't remember people hating Fauci in March 2020. When Covid was beginning to hit the news, people supported Fauci and the masks. No one thought he was the POS that he is now.

It is easy to say looking back that Trump should have done it better, we all could but you can't please everybody and the left knew Trump would get blamed from his own voters.

He should have fired Fauci or he shouldn't have fired Fauci because Trump didn't trust the science. Damned if you do and damned if you don't.
