He knows this. He is playing stupid so he can try to win internet arguments. He behaves like a child. It will all be prosecuted as a RICO suit. He knows this as well.

Wake me up when charges are filed and perps are marched out in handcuffs.

Arguing leftist viewpoints on tigerdroppings 101:

Step 1: argue incessantly that nothing illegal occurred until the statute of limitations expires.
Step 2: shrug your shoulders and “lament” that said statute of limitations has unfortunately expired.
Step 3: pretend you never took sides.

Who did that, VOR?

SOL doesn't mean shite anymore. We stopped caring about that fake bullshite when they went after Trump for shite that didn't happen decades ago.

I mean even most of the post-election behavior should have been wrapped up by now, 5 years ago.

Pass a new retroactive federal law or reinterpret the law on SOL in reference to election fraud.

I kept reading that as "shite Outta Luck"

It may be that they are looking at Fulton County as being an ongoing fraud conspiracy. If that's the case, and they have enough evidence, that timer restarts with each election.

It will baffled me to the day I die why an election voting machine doesnt send reports to a government computer immediately, as well as report back to whatever entity counts votes. Should be a public running total, at all times.

Sure the final "certified " votes may be a tad different, but come on...what are yall hiding

It appears this may only be related to a recent DOJ lawsuit and the 2020 stuff is tangentially related and that there aren't any criminal allegations from 2020 involved.

So much more like the CFH stuff, just with docs under state control

Do y’all ever get tired of being so gullible? Five years on and no one has proven anything to vindicate y’all’s beliefs on the election.

There is no case ever coming. JD could win in 2028 and republicans could retain power for the next seven years, and your conspiracy will remain a conspiracy.

If there was anything to the 2020 election fraud, it would have come out before the results were certified.

New York statute of limitations extended by COVID-19
The crimes Trump was convicted of date back more than five years, but they withstood an initial court challenge because of a pandemic-era extension.

Trump was indicted on March 30, 2023, more than six years after the earliest charge in the indictment, which dates to Feb. 14, 2017. That's beyond the five years typically allowed by the statute of limitations, but there's a catch: Former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo extended the time limit to file charges in all criminal cases when courts were disrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020

The Crossfire Hurricane stuff is also largely dead due to SOL, b/c of when they found the documents. If this search results in evidence that some employee did commit a federal offense prior to January 18, 2021, it's likely dead on arrival.

I would think the statute wouldn't run until the date the fraud, breach, or crime is actually discovered.

The Covid stuff had nothing to do with Trump

That happened in most jurisdictions.

Sorry then. I thought I read somewhere that RICO when dealing with Treason/Conspiracy had no SOL. My bad if so.
