Trust the DOJ.
They are looking out for all of us.

Laundering money on the Dem side, as we see everyday with the massive transfer of wealth to Ukraine, is not illegal when it benefits the Elite, Globalist.

It’s obvious SBF didn’t “intend” to hurt anyone so the “no intent” get out of jail card would apply in this situation.

I need an actual source on this.
The charges that were dismissed were new ones post-extradition that would have delayed the October trial date.

They weren't even really dropped:

In a court filing, the prosecutors said they would proceed to a trial in October without pursuing five of the 13 charges against Mr. Bankman-Fried — a set of accusations that the government added to the crypto mogul’s indictment in the months after he was extradited from the Bahamas in December. Among those charges was a bank fraud count, as well as an allegation that Mr. Bankman-Fried bribed a foreign government.
They weren't even really dropped:
quote:
Mr. Bankman-Fried has argued that prosecutors should not have been allowed to charge him with additional crimes after his extradition. But the withdrawal came with a major caveat: The prosecutors asked the judge overseeing the case, Lewis A. Kaplan of Federal District Court in Manhattan, to schedule a second trial in early 2024 on those five counts.
Why? To avoid delay on the October trial date:
quote:
The prosecutors said the delay was a procedural necessity. This week, Mr. Bankman-Fried won a ruling in the Bahamas, where FTX was based, granting him the ability to argue in court there that the Bahamian government should not consent to the additional charges. That legal dispute could take months to unfold.

Considering they'll likely have a conviction and sentence to decades in jail, probably 75%.

He needs to be back on the street washing taxpayers money back into the Dem coffers.

People posting bullshite Tweets as "news"? News that makes no sense and only makes sense in an echo chamber?
No it's very possible and very common and we've both stated as much for a while.
It's very common with FTX, like with the completely idiotic tweet that started an echo chamber meme that FTX was a funnel for US funds going to Ukraine then back to US pols.
