I'm not sure about this he reached to his waistband and they found a gun. We all know, LE is so trigger happy they'd have unloaded full mags in him if he was reaching for something.
We do need all the facts but it sounds like: see dude behind building, ask him to stop and answer questions, he runs, LE gets pissed they have to chase him down, they get out of control, they cover their asses

Shouldn't we maybe for the facts to come out before we jump to conclusions?
As a nation, we do this shite EVERY time something like this happens and most of the time we end up being wrong.

People have a false sense of how qualified the average cop really is. In most small town jurisdictions, the average cop or deputy barely made it out of high school, is overweight, and could not make it to the military. Big cities are a bit better but have way too many militaristic idiots.
