The second DNC casualty joins the MSM and Hollywood liberal allies from the Moore-October surprise.

Is there a link to his statement on the floor of the Senate?

Gingrich last night though made some interesting comments.

He said that he got no due process, the voters should decide, and it was nothing while as a Senator.

This is setting up for a possible impeachment for President Trump and possible other horrific things, where now just an allegation can be made and you are done.

I get Franken has photos, but from what I have seen they were as a comedian, which it is his job to be retarded.

While I hate Franken as a politician, Gingrich is right.

Franken taking one for the team.
Basically saying, if he has to resign, so should Trump and Moore.

That is correct. He will be replaced by a democrat and a Democrat will win the next election.

Unfortunately, this is the truth.

Exactly.

If you don't see the setup coming from a mile away then I don't know what to say. The Dems are going to sacrifice a few of their own to try to get the ultimate prize...removal of Trump. In the not so distant future suddenly numerous women are (once again) going to come out and say they were sexually assaulted by Donald Trump 5, 10, 15 years ago. The Democrats will IMMEDIATELY call for Trump's resignation and use people like Franken, Conyers and others as the example of the honorable thing to do.

See Bob Livingston. He resigned due to committing some adulterous acts, hoping it would force an impeached Bill Clinton to resign.

Franken did not resign. He said he would resign which gives him plenty of time to rally the troops and to keep his office.

He kicked the ball down the road til after the Alabama election.

I agree with the planned tactic, but don't think it'll be applied to Trump as much as any candidate in the mid terms. They want the control of Congress back.
