No point discussing. Her voters will never admit a mistake. They tried to recall her and reelected her again.
The city is lost. Move on.

Non-profit grifters from out of state are everywhere.

The sad thing is Louisiana prides itself on being a Red state... LA is 44th in the nation at losing residents.
She is horrible but that has nothing to do with Latoya. She is bad for NOLA. But the rest of the state is R and not doing much better. You need to look at our last 2 governors to see why the state is losing population.

New Orleans deserves a better mayor
No it doesn't. They voted for her. They deserve her.

Unfortunately, it's not an isolated situation. Sure, there's a history unique to NOLA politics, but damn, the incompetence and entitlement mindset is damn near universal.

New Orleans is a special type of incompetent

Nola deserves a better mayor
The reason Nola has that type of mayor is because it's a "Chocolate City".

No self reflection
I almost couldn't believe all the Democrat talking heads who said there was nothing wrong with their party direction and believed it had no bearing in 2024.
But, hey, use it in 2026 and 2028 then.

Turnout for Teedy's re-election was nightmarishly low. I believe she got less than 20% of the city to vote for her.
No one gives a crap anymore....and it shows
Your statement further proves what others have said, Nola gets what it deserves. IF people want a change, they should vote. Don't tell me it's impossible, it just takes effort. Effort to get out in the public and campaign and speak to people, empowering their feeling of hope for something better. IMHO
