This is another stated go of Russia fornthe USA. To dismiss the bill of rights as outdated....
People need to wake up.

First Amendment is also outdated and misunderstood. How much safer would we all be if the government decided what we could and couldn’t say? Imagine how many people could be saved from microaggressions!

He won't live to see it, but, IMHO, some future SCOTUS will do just that -- delete the Second Amendment out of existence.

they can't without a senate super majority and delegation of the states.
but cases will keep coming up and try to chip away at it bit by bit.

I'm glad to see this pop up. The "common sense" gun control is a fraud pushed in large part by the media. Gun owners know this, but it helps keep the public messaging cleaner when gun control advocates publicly acknowledge the true desires.

I think the People would probably revolt if that happened. Same for the 1st Amendment.

They haven't seemed to notice that the fourth amendment has basically been rendered useless.
