Partially. Digenova is on record saying they have plenty of evidence. Good evidence. He's just old and slow.
Could be an argument that the October 15th subpoena is pointless.
Brennan's side is pretty public in their movements. There's probably a ton of subpoenas we don't know about.
Yes, it's taking too long. But for the nothing is happening crowd, sure seems like things are happening. Just ridiculously slow

I think it's likely a case like this, attempting to tie acts to 5-ish years prior to the MAL raid from completely different actors with no relationship to each other, won't reach a jury.
I don't think y'all understand just how difficult this is conceptually, let alone legally.

Well a MAL raid that was done via warrant that was litigated and ruled to be legal by Aileen Canon, is going to be tough to argue as illegal, especially if the same judge is overseeing the case

It is a prosecutor's wet dream to be able to use RICO, especially against government agents, employees and entities. I think RICO needs to be used against them in order for them to understand the beast they created with the RICO statute!!
