I was thinking about the Biden’s and the Burisma/Ukraine story. Here are a few things mentioned in this

1. If Hunter Biden is placed on a board and getting roughly $600,000 a year with no energy background.
2. Joe Biden is asking for a 10% commission/payout for allocating the foreign aid
3. Joe Biden is on tape bragging to people about telling the Ukraine government officials to fire the prosecutor or risk losing $1 billion in foreign aid.
4. Foreign Aid budget is $40 million total for the entire world.

After thinking about this entire story I have come to the conclusion that doesn’t congress have to vote and pass the actual budget and allocations for all of foreign aid. In theory if you have 535 members of Congress (435 congressman and 100 senators) that would be around $9.1 million for each member of Congress. The way I get that number is $40 million of foreign aid divided by 535 members of Congress= $9.1 million per member of Congress. Now going back to joe Biden, if Hunter Biden is asking for a 10% cut from 1 billion dollars of foreign aid that would be $10 million. And if each member of Congress is voting for the budget and allocation they will want there cut also. Each member of Congress could be getting a nice $910,000 payday each year just from foreign aid. Do other members of Congress have close confidants sitting on boards globally similar to Burisma? These are questions I ask myself. Lastly, I’m sure you know several state legislators that sit on boards to get a nice fee for sitting on the board in exchange for information or to kill competitors. Just a thought...

several conservative swampers have been getting rich on this and other deals.

they steal our tax dollars that are supposed to go for aid, nice chunks of it end up in foundations run by their wife or family/friends

it's really bad how bad they steal our money

I totally agree with you on that one. One of my friends told me their elected state senator retired and moved to New Orleans in the same neighborhood as drew brees. That is some talent on how to get rich by being a servant of the people

You'll need to add a zero: $100 million.

Your math is disastrous but your point is valid. Foreign Aid is corrupt and is a way to fund pet projects and line pockets - foreign and domestic.

Foreign aid should not be given in money. Only goods and services.

Foreign aid is a drop in the bucket. Throw in what the US gives to UN and all its affiliates, World Bank, Inter Dev Bank, USAid, and of course the largest honeypot of all at 750 billion dollars the MIC (military industrial complex).

The Caribbean is FULL of unfinished projects that were only started so diplomats and their corrupt local counterparts could cash in. What the Clintons did throughout the world is absolutely shameful, and is a shining example of why poor countries hate the US.

The Piton development in St. Lucia was disgraceful. A UNESCO Heritage site. Bill Clinton gives a half million speech at some garden party for old ladies in London, a few months later the Pitons are stripped of their Heritage site designation, and a developer starts building there....the same fella that financed the Clinton speech.

Who designates or removes Heritage site status....UNesco. Who controls the UN, the US State dept for all intensive purposes, and who was running the State dept when this happened...you guessed it ole hils. And dont get me started on the raping of the Columbian rainforest by their good Canadian donor Giustra, or the shameful raping of Haiti.

Our State Dept should be dismantled. It existed in a time when it took weeks of travel between countries, its time has long passed. Our embassies only house diplomats that move from country to country, from World Bank, to IDB, to State dept, sipping tea with the locals and doling out your cash for favors and prestige while housed in mansions the locals could never afford. Course they do provide good cover for the CIA, that useless piece of garbage.

This does no the apply to just foreign aid. Defense contractors, planned parenthood, church’s running refugee programs. They all take tax payer dollars and then send money back to candidate PACS since businesses cannot contribute to campaigns and $2500 individual cap. DC is no different then some oilfield salesman in West Texas bringing in a truck load of hookersand coke out to a high fence trophy ranch for customers.

I have long considered foreign aid a slush fund for American politicians.

The problem is American voters are stupid and allow it to happen.

We even have retards who defend it saying "it's a drop in the bucket" compared to the overall budget.

That "drop" is our money and should not be given to other countries.

But , we are a country full of retards.

A "drop" in a $4 trillion budget is a pretty big pile of money for an individual.

like an ant getting hit by a raindrop

I don't think people are able to grasp how much money 47 Billion dollars is. I read somewhere we gave 47 billion in '17 or '18.

That would pave a lot of interstate highways and build a lot of VA hospitals.

Foreign aid is a gargantuan slush fund.

People often ask why in the hell do politicians have the US shell out around $50B (that’s publicly disclosed) a year?

There is a reason and it’s not a noble one.

Politicians have been using the USAID program to steal taxpayer money for decades.

Ukraine is just the tip of the iceburg.

Yes, now consider all of the ridiculously bad trade agreements they make. Are they so stupid? Or are they taking kickbacks to sell out America?

How much money is Trump costing them by renegotiating those deals?

These kickbacks are the answer to the question, "Why do we give so much in foreign aid, especially when our deficits are so high?" It also tells you why so many want the UN to take a bigger role in global relations and for us to give up sovereignty to the UN. The globalists have themselves a get rich(er) scheme.

Money spent internationally has less accountability. Who is to know if a couple million bucks get siphoned off here and there?

This foreign aid corruption has been talked about for for years.

American citizens know our politicians have been stealing from us.

Now more evidence is coming out and half of the US acts like a 47 year career politician couldn't possibly be corrupt.

Sad.
