It’s good that there are other options.

One would think House of Henry has tired of dick up arse by now...

Yes, that’s generally how it works.

Well the torque converters on the Fords are shite too they go out between 5,000 and fifty thousand miles. Mine went out in 2022 (not a good time) I put an aftermarket upgrade in it no problems but $3k fix.

I’m gonna have to get a new car soon. Job change will mean handing back the company SUV I’ve driven for 175K miles.
Pretty sure I’m gonna get an E93 BMW. Last of the hydraulic steering in a 3 series, loved the E90 I had before the company car, and I can write a check for it without moving money around. Properly maintained, they wear like iron and are fun to drive.
I just can’t see spending $60K on a car that will depreciate like a MFer.

If your ignorant arse knew anything about these firms, you would know that the big accounting firms are not, generally, life-long careers...but rather an elite stepping stone to a great career...very hard to get on. I worked for Arthur Andersen in the Houston office when they, along with Enron, went under. I transferred to Deloitte & Touche for a year, then spent the rest of my career at Shell Oil. Once again, you have no idea what you are talking about, but it never stops you.

I would imagine that it will be like anything else. It's all relative to the income. Ford isn't going to price themselves out of business.
You didn’t answer the question. Will their costs go up, down or remain the same?

I was a GM guy my whole life until the bailouts. Totally changed my perspective of both GM and Chrysler.
There isn’t much difference between protectionist tariffs and a bailout. One just happens sooner.

What happened to the A plan?
It was a net increase in pricing over the discounts they were offering just a week before.
That was simply a marketing gimmick.

He doesn't know. You don't know. In the long run these renegotiations of tariffs are exactly what this country needed. Most rational people, on both sides of the aisle understand that. There may be short term growing pains, but we just had 4 years of hard growing pains....no more bandaids, let's fix the damn problem. I get it, all you libs have is fear mongering and racism. Good luck with that, as the american people have grown deaf to the same ole bs.

Every once in awhile, I get a feeling that you catch more grief on this board than is probably warranted and chalk it up to “hive mentality” stuff.
I see a post like this, though, and I say…

When a guy is obviously lying about his credentials, its an easy call.

Well this is sure to make them have to change the fine print on their “best selling” lie they’ve told for 30 years.

I'm hearing that it's a car buyers market. Dealerships are slashing prices to move inventory and it's only expected to get better if you are a buyer because new and used car inventories are up and previous buyers that purchased overpriced vehicles from 2022-2024 are upside down and can't get into this market.

I did answer it. I then gave you the out come. You must not have liked that because you wanted me to stop with only part of the equation.
