Read my original post. No where did I state "mandatory"

I've noticed this year when I see the PSAs vaccines for flu, COVID19, RSV, Shingles, etc. the PSAs now say the vaccines will lessen the effects of an infection not prevent the infection.
Posted on 11/13/24 at 11:15 am to GoAwayImBaitn
Fair enough. I realize the vaccine is a guess based on what they believe the virus will be and how it will mutate, so makes sense it would have limited efficacy.

My point, exactly.

I have had this discussion multiple times with supposedly intelligent scientists, granted they are not infectious disease experts but here is the jist of their mental gymnastics. There is something within their EGO that does not allow them to connect the dots...
FIRST - The NATURAL life cycle of a virus protects itself from going extinct, so under natural conditions a virus will evolve into a more contagious yet less pathogenic form. If it kills its host, then the virus can't survive. Enter the clot shot and we have the introduction of an unnatural environment and perhaps that's why we saw "killer" variants, if it wasn't just bs statistical manipulation.
The bullcrap I've heard from these PhD types is that they have the right to come to work and not be exposed to a dangerous environment, which is such utter crap, but they can't make the connection that; if a vaccine works and they want to get it, then they are protected and I don't have to wear a mask if I'm not scared bc if you are scared then you can wear 17 for all I care. (17 hehe get it?) Then there is always the "well peer-reviewed data shows, blah blah blah..." The problem is that when I pull up peer-reviewed data to counter that it is never as good as the peer-reviewed data that they are citing, so commences the tail chasing which at this point I'm sick of so I tell them to frick off now.
There is a mental block, brainwashing, etc that has happened to these people and they are unable to think outside of their self-created, peer-reviewed, "I have a PhD" bubble, to apply logic and reason. Apparently a PhD in whatever makes you smarter than anyone on any other subject. Get fricked... And this is what I deal with daily because I give them zero sideline and call their shite every chance I get. I love my job LOL

Oh man I'm so sorry for your inconvenience. Get the shot and you won't have to suffer the consequences. No one is forcing you to stay at that job. That is what I am told by conservatives when I want to force employers to make things more convenient for me.

Who is forcing flu sots? I have not heard anything about that
For many years, it's been a state requirement in Texas (probably Louisiana as well) for all healthcare workers to receive the flu shot. You can choose to not take it, but if you do, you complete a form and wear a mask for all patient care. I know it's been this way for at least 15 years in Texas, probably longer. Most workers have always just taken the vaccine.

When it one day comes out and the connection is made that these shots caused cancer or some sort of autoimmune diseases, I'll be sure to tell you the same.

I’m in healthcare. I kindly decline mine each year.

My wife was offered a remote position with UF Health a while back.
They wanted her to submit to a blood test to "determine which vaccines are required before starting work."
I told her to tell them she's not one of their research monkeys and they could keep that job.

I had a doctor tell me just Monday : you need a flu shot
My answer: no I don’t
Haven’t taken one since I was a child in the 90s and I’ve had the flu one time.

I don't work in healthcare, but always take a flu shot. I've never had the flu, but don't know if that's because of the shot or not

The VA requires flu shot proof for all providers. Even if you only do telehealth.

No, it doesn't. It has been proven to weaken the immune system and makes you more susceptible to everything.

So basically your argument is that you know more than the experts. Par for the course here.

You just want to poopoo anything I give you. If you really want to know, you can spend 5 minutes searching and find many studies going back decades. Personally, the most damning one I have read came from Ohio State University. It should be pretty easy to find it if you really want to go read it.
If you can't take the time to search, then you clearly are not that interested in learning.

Are you stumping for the "experts" that were proven wrong about everything regarding covid? Those are the people that you are trusting?
