With the Pentagon conspiracy how do people square the 59 (64 including the hijackers) people on board American Airlines flight 77? Do they believe that plane didn't crash at all, or that it crashed somewhere else or was shot down?

How else do you explain the disappearance of the plane, flight crew, and all the passengers documented to have boarded the plane, it’s known flight path, and all the wreckage found that matches the plane?

There is also documentation from a C-130 pilot who watched it crash into the Pentagon.

Radar tracked its flight path into the Pentagon

Investigators reported the presence of jet fuel on site.

Human remains were also found. More specifically remains of all six crew members and 52 passengers were recovered and positively identified.

What other explanation simultaneously accounts for the radar track, the eyewitnesses, the security camera timing, the aircraft debris, the human remains, the jet-fuel fire, and the structural damage without an aircraft hitting the Pentagon?
